Hi there @Poncho65. As @Busternutt has stated, you can indeed suspend service on one of your lines and reconnect it at a later date, however this would not pause/suspend required monthly payments or any contract on the line. Suspending wireless service: Stops all use and purchases on the AT&T network, except calls to 911 and 611 calls to us. Keeps services suspended until you reactivate it. The Ghana Medical Association has called on the government to, as a matter of urgency, suspend the implementation of the medical drone service agreement it has entered into with Zipline International Incorporated. According to the Association, the deal in its current form does not fit into the country’s existing healthcare policy.

I'm finding myself in a pickle regarding some infringement notices after making some hasty decisions and acting on them without knowing the facts. I was wondering if anyone with experience with this kind of thing could provide some advice.
After my ISP (Charter Communications) sent me notice postcards, I followed the links, to their copyright infringement notice page where there were 14 separate case listings sent by Digital Rights Corp. (http://digitalrightscorp.com/joomla/)
7 were for one song file attained via torrent and the other 7 were for another. Each listing had a different timestamp. Digital Rights Corp. wants $20 to settle each case. Admittedly, I didn't research the 3rd party settlement companies and how to handle them prior to having a bit of a freak out, and went ahead with settling two cases right away with my credit card. The payment form also gathered my full name, email, address and telephone number.
After reading up on these kind of services, I realize they didn't have any of that information when they sent the notice to my ISP because it would require a subpoena to obtain. They didn't even have proof I downloaded the files.
I even went as far as to email their customer inquiry addresses asking why there were multiple cases for the same song and if that was a mistake.
Now after paying for two of these settlements with my contact information, plus sending personal emails to them, I'm worried I've basically admitted to being the downloader as far as the law is concerned.
I'm now wondering what to do next. Now that they've got my identity linked to the infringement cases, should I be safe and just settle the 12 others?
Here's a sample of one of the cases itself:
NOTE TO ISP: PLEASE FORWARD THE ENTIRE NOTICE*
